Biography of Roksolana Pyrtko

Roksolana Pyrtko was born in 1991 in Lviv. She studied at Lviv secondary school No. 93. In 2008-2014, she completed her higher education at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where she obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Law and Securities. She additionally qualified as a legal English translator. During her student years, she participated in the Plast scouting organisation, which gave her first experience of teamwork and leadership.

In parallel with her studies, in 2010-2014, she worked as an assistant at Matviyiv & Partners Law Firm, where she was involved in case support and preparation of documentation. She gained her first managerial experience in the fitness sector, developing a network of sports and health clubs called Formula Krasii in Lviv. There, she was responsible for operational management, marketing and growth strategy development.

In 2014, she became the head of Roksolana shopping mall in Lviv. Since then, she has been responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the facility, cooperation with international brands and the introduction of new services for visitors. In 2019, she also became the CEO of Spartak SEC. At the same time, she took over the management of more than 10,000 m² of office space, where she focused on financial control, leasing policy, marketing strategies and space modernisation.

From 2017 to 2021, she worked on the development of the FM Halychyna media holding. During this time, the outdated radio station was transformed into a modern media asset that combined radio, the Galnet information portal and the Media House educational platform. The successful transformation culminated in the sale of the holding.

In 2019-2022, she participated in the development projects of LvivCentroBud. Her work included organising marketing campaigns, selling residential real estate and building a customer communication system.

In 2020, she obtained a lawyer's certificate and officially joined the professional community of lawyers. She applies her legal knowledge to protecting business interests, concluding contracts and corporate governance.

In addition to her core business, Roksolana is actively interested in the development of green energy. She believes that the future of the economy depends on the introduction of renewable energy sources and environmentally sustainable solutions.

Today, she continues to combine her legal practice, commercial property management and interest in innovative fields. She is married with two children, speaks five languages and has been practicing yoga for over eleven years.
